| Payment - Shipping Info & Return Policy |
PAYMENT - I accept paypal, but will also accept a check or money order. In the event of
paying by check or money order, please advise of the order and I will get an exact total for you
including shipping, insurance, etc,. I will ship upon arrival of payment.
SHIPPING - I generally ship priority mail, but there might be times when it would be more
reasonable to ship UPS or Fed-X. Ornaments will ship first class. If you have a preference on
shipping, please notify me by email (flatcreekwoolandpottery@gmail.com) or phone
(859-242-1088) when placing your order.
Shipping prices quoted are for inside the U.S. If outside the U.S, please contact me for a
price on shipping.
On multiple order purchases, shipping will be combined. You can e-mail me for an accurate
shipping charge prior to purchase.
INSURANCE - I highly recommend insurance. I have added a couple of dollars to the
shipping price to cover insurance. If you do not want insurance, please let me know and I
will deduct that amount from the shipping charge.
RETURN POLICY (Satisfaction Guarantee) - If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your purchase, just contact me and we can discuss options of exchange, or refunds. In the
end, I want you to be happy with your purchase!
